Digital Product Nature

Due to the irrevocable nature of digital goods (software, themes, plugins, graphics, e-books), all sales are final once the product is downloaded or accessed, except under the following conditions:

Eligibility for a Refund

• Product is Defective: The digital file is corrupted or fundamentally broken.

• Misrepresentation: The product materially differs from the description provided on the listing page.

• Non-Delivery: The digital asset was not delivered or made accessible within 24 hours of purchase.

Refund Window

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
