These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 7AntBD website, its services, and its digital products (collectively, the "Service" or "Marketplace"), operated by insloop ("7AntBD", "we", "us", or "our"). Our platform is the first digital product marketplace in Bangladesh, designed to help busy people complete their tasks fast and easy.
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
Marketplace: The 7AntBD platform where Sellers can list, and Buyers can purchase licenses for Digital Products.
User: Anyone who creates an account and uses the 7AntBD Service, including Buyers and Sellers.
Buyer: A User who purchases a license for one or more Digital Products on the Marketplace.
Seller (or Author): A User who uploads Digital Products to the Marketplace and grants licenses for them to Buyers.
Digital Product: Any digital item available on the Marketplace, including but not limited to Scripts, Themes, Plugins, Graphics, Mobile Apps, App Templates, Audio, Presentations, Logos, 3D Models, and other digital assets.
Account Creation: To access most features of the Service, including purchasing or selling Digital Products, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.
Account Security: You are solely responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify 7AntBD immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
Account Responsibility: You may not use another person's account without their express permission. 7AntBD is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these requirements.
Service Tiers: 7AntBD offers both Free and Paid Subscription plans. Features available under each plan will be detailed on our pricing page.
Billing for Paid Subscriptions: Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it through your account settings.
Payment Methods: We accept payments through various methods, which may include credit/debit cards, and local mobile financial services (MFS) such as bKash and Nagad. By providing a payment method, you represent that you are authorized to use it.
Pricing: All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change our subscription plans or adjust pricing for our services at our sole discretion.
Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of our products, all purchases made on 7AntBD are final and non-refundable. Refunds will only be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:
The Digital Product is fundamentally broken or non-functional.
The Digital Product was misrepresented in its description.
The Buyer was charged incorrectly due to a technical error.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and are subject to review by the 7AntBD team.
License Grant: When you "buy" a Digital Product, you are actually purchasing a license to use that product under specific terms. You do not gain ownership of the product. Each Seller defines the license terms for their products.
General License Terms: Unless otherwise specified by the Seller, the default license grants the Buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Digital Product for personal, commercial, and client projects.
Restrictions on Use: You are strictly prohibited from:
Redistributing, reselling, leasing, licensing, or offering the Digital Product to any third party, whether for free or for a fee.
Including the Digital Product in a template or another product for sale.
Claiming ownership of the Digital Product.
Using a Digital Product in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or in violation of these Terms.
Becoming a Seller: Users who wish to sell Digital Products must apply and be approved as a Seller.
Product Ownership: You must be the creator and/or hold all necessary rights to the Digital Products you upload. You retain full ownership of your products; by uploading them, you grant 7AntBD a license to market, display, and sell licenses for them on your behalf.
Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the quality, accuracy, and legality of your Digital Products. Products must not contain malicious code, infringe on any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights, or contain any defamatory, obscene, or illegal material.
Commission and Payouts: 7AntBD will process all payments and pay out a percentage of each sale to the Seller. The commission structure and payout schedule are detailed in our Seller Policy.
Our Platform: All content, branding, features, and functionality of the 7AntBD Service itself are and will remain the exclusive property of insloop and its licensors.
Seller Content: All Digital Products are the property of their respective Sellers.
Copyright Infringement: We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that a Digital Product on our Marketplace infringes your copyright, please contact us with a detailed claim following our Copyright Policy.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Upload or transmit any viruses, malware, or any other malicious code.
Engage in any activity that is fraudulent, abusive, or illegal.
Harass, threaten, or defame any other User.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the performance of the Service.
"As Is" Service: The Service and all Digital Products are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. 7AntBD makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, functionality, or suitability of the products.
No Guarantee: We do not guarantee that any Digital Product will meet your specific requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall 7AntBD, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, resulting from your use of the Service or any Digital Product purchased through it. Our total liability in any matter arising out of or related to these terms is limited to the amount you paid to us for the specific product or subscription in question.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
